Yes, absolutely. We prioritize your child’s learning comfort. If for any reason the current tutor doesn’t match your child’s learning pace or style, you can contact your dedicated academic manager and request a tutor change at zero additional cost.
We require a 12-hour notice for planned class cancellations. Any class cancelled with prior notice will be rescheduled by the tutor at a mutually convenient time. For unplanned absences, we provide full access to class recordings, class notes, and custom review assignments.
We provide transparency. Parents receive a structured bite-sized text update after every single class. Every 4 weeks, we compile an extensive diagnostic report covering attendance metrics, assessment performance, strengths, homework completion, and clear pedagogical action steps for the next month.
Yes. Every child goes through a free, comprehensive diagnostic assessment during their demo class. Based on the child’s current grade levels, gaps, and specific school board (CBSE, ICSE, IB, etc.), we construct a fully bespoke learning roadmap with precise milestones.
