Sahayini is a faculty member in the BCA Department with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering and a Master’s degree in Wireless Communication. She has a strong interest in teaching and focuses on making technical concepts simple, practical, and easy to understand. She has around two years of tutoring experience, working with students from different academic levels in subjects such as Mathematics and Computer Science. This experience has strengthened her communication skills, patience, and ability to understand and address individual learning needs. Her teaching approach focuses not only on completing the syllabus but also on developing conceptual clarity, confidence, and an interest in learning.

“"My teaching philosophy is based on the belief that every student can learn when concepts are explained in a simple, practical, and engaging way. I focus on building strong conceptual understanding rather than encouraging students to simply memorize information. I try to connect theoretical concepts with real-life examples, practical applications, and hands-on activities, especially while teaching technical subjects. I also believe that a good teacher should create a comfortable and interactive classroom environment where students feel free to ask questions, express their ideas, and learn from their mistakes. Having experience in tutoring, I have learned that students have different learning abilities and approaches. Therefore, I try to be patient and supportive and adapt my teaching methods according to their needs. My ultimate goal as a teacher is not just to complete the syllabus, but to help students develop knowledge, confidence, problem-solving skills, and curiosity to learn beyond the classroom."”
